Mahdi Ghorbani, PhD
Postdoctoral Scholar, 2022-2024. Mahdi received his PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from University of Maryland College Park (UMD). During his PhD, he applied machine learning and Markov state modeling on molecular dynamics trajectories to better understand kinetics of protein folding. He joined Keiser Lab in 2022, where he applied deep learning models for drug discovery and protein-ligand interactions.
